The Brief

In response to their expanding operations, our client needed additional office space in their factory for their team managers. We conducted a comprehensive site survey to assess the spatial dynamics and specific requirements outlined by our client. In an overview, this included:

The Solution

For this project, we installed a lightweight, free-standing metal skin partitioning system with a powder-coated finish. This industrial partitioning formed the foundation of the office enclosure, dividing a dedicated space for our client’s team managers. Double skin metal partitions offer many benefits to our clients’ workplace, including the robust structural integrity of the system, designed to withstand the heavy-duty operations of factory environments. 

The industrial partitions were complete with window modules to provide visibility to the factory floor below, and a single door for easy access in and out of the enclosure. As acoustics weren’t essential, there was no requirement to build a lid or the office – with that said, we offer many cost-effective solutions if any project requires this.

Our client’s industrial partition walls offer complete flexibility when it comes to their factory design. Each partition can be free-standing or anchored to the floor using mullion posts. This makes it easy for the client to reconfigure their factory layout should they experience changes to operations or team growth.
