Core to Complete in Two Weeks: Worcester Office Fit Out

The Brief

Our client had acquired new premises to accommodate the growth of their business. Their building consisted of new build offices that were at a shell and core fit out level. They contacted our team of office fit out contractors for help completing a full office fit out to make their new workplace inhabitable.

We began with an initial consultation and site visit to get a clear idea of what the final vision was. From this, we could establish a detailed brief that we could refer to to ensure that we met every single one of our client’s wants and needs.

For this larger interior fit out project, we partnered with our sister team, Gravity Office Interiors.

The Solution

We agreed on a convenient installation date with our client and set to work.

The scope of the fit out project included the installation of frameless glass partitions. These formed a large meeting room, breakout areas where staff could relax and a commercial kitchen space. Throughout the office design, we implemented acoustic baffles to help reduce noise from the main office space, as well as improve privacy.

The office design was finished with modern and colourful furniture. Our client wanted to intertwine the colour green throughout to reflect the view from the office out over the rolling Malvern hills.

The entire project was completed within just two weeks, meeting the scheduled timeline and budget expectations. Our client’s team were excited to move in and enjoy their newly furnished office space.
